Our Organisation is run by very dedicated staff members who unfortunately have very good community service ability but no computer skills at all. When we ring them with a problem they either come out straight away or are able to fix the issue on team viewer.

We have really been able to grow our service due to this computer assistance. We started with two computers and now have nine computers which are all networked to our client management system. We started with 120 clients and now have over 500 clients.
We are now able to grow our service in other directions with increased need in our area for social support and also working with people with a disability. We feel very secure in the knowledge that all our computer issues are looked after by the experts at Tresami Computer Engineering.
