Our Organisation is run by very dedicated staff members who unfortunately have very good community service ability but no computer skills at all. There were many times we were on the floor flaying in our attempt to get computers to work. It was then decided to get the experts in to assist us with our computer issues.

When we ring them with a problem they either come out straight away or are able to fix the issue on team viewer.

We have really been able to grow our service due to this computer assistance. We started with two computers and now have nine computers which are all networked to our client management system. We started with 120 clients and now have over 500 clients.
